Cottage & Candle provides seasonal home décor inspiration, AI-generated room visualizations, curated shopping lists, digital product downloads (room recipes, mood boards, seasonal checklists, and holiday layout plans), and personalized style recommendations. Some features require account registration and/or a paid subscription.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Cottage & Candle offers a Premium subscription that provides additional features. By subscribing, you agree that:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy

5. Digital Products

Digital products purchased or downloaded from Cottage & Candle are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital products. All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, AI-generated visuals, digital products, and software — is the property of Cottage & Candle or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express authorization
AI-generated room images created through the Site are provided for personal inspiration and may not be used for commercial purposes

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations. Colors, dimensions, and product availability may vary from what is depicted.
